There are a variety of ways to help the Grad Party. Please look at the list below and pick an activity that fits you.
Concessions
Help out at the concession stand during the winter and spring sports. The grad party will be credited a portion of the profits for each season based on the number of times a grad party team volunteers. Contact Lorrie Dyrdahl
Activities Planning
Help plan the fun! We want this to be an exciting, memorable evening for the 2010 graduates. There are endless possibilities to fill the evening. Contact Brette Hampton to join in the fun!
Senior Parent Breakfast with Fundraiser
To be scheduled in the spring, this event is geared to inform the parents of the graduation details. For entertainment and additional fundraising, an auction will be held where items such as reserved seating and parking at graduation will be up for grabs! Contact Carol Currie to help.
Geranium Sales
Also in the spring, we will be selling geraniums and mixed flower baskets and bowls. Help will be needed spreading the word and during delivery. Contact Vickie McClain
Food for Grad Party
There are two opportunities to help with the food for the grad party. Help will be needed the week before graduation in preparing the food as well as the day of the party. Contact Anna Edison to lend a hand.
Party Chaperones, Party Set-up, Party Clean-up
Approximately 150 volunteers are needed for various shifts throughout the evening of the party. The party will be held from 10:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. There will be 2 shifts for chaperones plus a set-up crew and clean-up crew. We will need YOU!
